Terms of Service

Binding operational agreements and subscriber regulations.

1. Acknowledgment of Framework

By processing a transaction or utilizing the streaming applications provided by IPTV Ireland, the consumer formally agrees to abide by the stipulations outlined within this document. Failure to comply with these operational standards will result in the immediate termination of network access without financial reimbursement.

2. Boundaries of Usage

  • Strictly Non-Commercial: Access to our broadcast servers is licensed exclusively for private, residential viewing. Public exhibitions (e.g., in pubs, clubs, or commercial premises), unauthorized restreaming, and network cloning are explicitly forbidden.
  • Hardware Limitations: Each purchased package corresponds to a specific number of simultaneous connections. Bypassing these restrictions via account sharing will trigger automated IP bans.

3. Financial Obligations

All transactions are processed through encrypted, third-party payment gateways. Services operate on a strictly prepaid basis. We do not enforce auto-recurring billing contracts; therefore, it is the user's responsibility to renew their plan prior to the expiration date to avoid service disruption.

4. Network Volatility & Content Delivery

Our engineers maintain a target server uptime of 99.9%. However, due to the nature of global internet routing, we do not provide absolute guarantees regarding the continuous broadcast of individual channels, specific sporting events, or VOD titles. The channel directory is subject to real-time adjustments based on upstream provider availability.

5. Refund Mechanisms

Disputes regarding payment or network stability are governed by our official Refund Procedures. Users must review this supplementary document to understand the criteria for a valid financial return within the 60-day window.

6. Protocol Amendments

The administration reserves the right to dynamically alter, expand, or restrict these terms at their sole discretion. Material changes affecting the fundamental delivery of the service will be communicated via the email address on file. Continued utilization of the network implies ongoing consent to the revised framework.
